Employer NOC: An official letter from your employer granting approval for leave.

Bank Statements: Statements for both salary and personal savings accounts covering the last six months.
If Self-Employed

Business Registration: Documentation such as a business registration certificate, GST registration (with Annex A & B), partnership deed, or proof of proprietorship.

Bank Statements: Statements for the company or current account covering the last six months.
Financial and Investment Proofs

Specific Travel Scenarios
If Sponsored

Sponsor Cover Letter: Documentation outlining the financial support provided, including details on the nature of the support.

Sponsor Bank Statements: Evidence of sufficient funds (the equivalent of at least $50–$150 per day of the trip per traveler).
If Invited by Friend or Family

Invitation Letter: Documentation detailing the purpose of the trip, accommodation arrangements, and the inviter’s current immigration status in the United States.
If Invited by a U.S. Company

Company Invitation Letter: Must be on official business letterhead, addressed to the U.S. Embassy/Consulate, and include the nature of the relationship between organizations, applicant details, purpose and duration of visit, and an explicit expenses clause. It must be signed and stamped by an authorized signatory.

Company Cover Letter: Must be on business letterhead, detailing the company profile, applicant designation, purpose and duration of visit, and signed by an authorized representative.
Requirements for Minors (Under 18)
