Thailand Tourist Visa Document Checklist

Valid Passport: Original physical passport valid for at least 6 months from your intended date of arrival in Thailand.
Blank Pages: Must contain a minimum of two blank visa pages.
Application Form: A completely filled out and signed visa application form submitted via the Official Thailand E-Visa Website.
Photographs: Two recent color photographs measuring exactly 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm with a plain white background, taken within the last 6 months.

Flight Tickets: Confirmed round-trip flight tickets verifying your scheduled departure from Thailand.
Proof of Accommodation: Confirmed hotel booking(s) specifying the hotel’s contact numbers, complete address, and explicitly stating the names of all traveling guests.
Travel Cover Letter: A signed cover letter addressed to the Royal Thai Embassy outlining your detailed travel itinerary and purpose of the visit.

Bank Statements: Original bank statements for the last 6 months displaying a minimum closing balance of ₹20,000 per person (or ₹40,000 per family), complete with an original bank seal.
Alternative Foreign Currency Proof: Original currency exchange slips showing at least USD $500 per person/week if you are not utilizing a standard bank statement.

Birth Certificate: Copy of the child's official birth certificate.
No Objection Certificate (NOC): A formal No Objection Certificate explicitly signed by both parents/legal guardians.

Language Requirement: Any supporting document that is not originally written in English must be accompanied by an official, certified English translation.
