Singapore Tourist & Business Visa Document Checklist

Original Passport: Must have at least 6 months validity from the date of travel.
Old Passports: Required if any, specifically for applicants applying from Chennai and Bangalore locations.
Visa Application Form:
- Must be signed on the last page.
- Chennai & Bangalore applicants: A cross-signature across the pasted photograph is required.
Photographs (3 copies):
- Must be recent, fresh photos measuring 35mm x 45mm on a matt finish.
- Shot against a white background with 80% face coverage and ears clearly visible.
Authorisation Letter: Signed by the applicant with the remaining fields left blank.
Residence Proof: Rent agreement, electricity bill, water bill, or phone bill. (Only required if your passport's issue city differs from your current city of residence).

Flight Tickets: Confirmed onward and return flight tickets.
Proof of Accommodation: Confirmed hotel bookings, OR an invitation letter if you are staying with friends or family.
Cover Letter: Must mention the complete trip details and be signed at the bottom. (Note: If you are self-employed, this letter must be printed on your company letterhead).
Bank Statement: Latest e-statement or physical bank statement. It must not be older than 3 days from the date of your visa application submission.

If Employed: Your employment contract and your salary slips for the last 3 months.
If Self-Employed: A copy of your Company Registration, GST Certificate, Memorandum of Association (MOA), or Partnership Deed.

If Student: A valid Student ID card.
If Minor: A clear copy of your Birth Certificate.
For Business Visa Applicants Only:
- Form V39A: Form V39A containing the official company seal.
- Invitation Letter: An official invitation letter from the host company located in Singapore.

Please ensure you have the following information ready to complete the online visa portal fields:

Marital Status: Single, Married, Divorced, Widowed, Unmarried Partner, or Separated.
Race: E.g., Indian, Chinese, Caucasian, etc.
Religion: Your current religious affiliation.
Highest Academic Qualification: Your highest completed level of education.
Annual Income: Your approximate annual income stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
Travel History: Have you resided in any country or place—other than your country of origin—for one year or more during the past 5 years?
Identity Record: Have you ever entered Singapore using a different passport name or identity? (Yes / No)

If Employed: Name of the employer/organization, job title, employer address, and employer email.
If Self-Employed: Your official job title.
If Student: Name of the institution, institute address, and institute email.
If Unemployed: Your last job role and your exact last date of working.
If Retired: Your exact date of retirement.
If Other: Full details regarding your alternative employment status.

Will anyone be paying towards the cost of your visit? (Yes / No)
If Yes, specify: Whether it is funded by a Friend/Family, your Employer, or another Company.
Provide: The full name of the person/organization funding you, your relationship to them, and the exact amount of money they are contributing.
