Malaysia Visa Application Documentation Requirements

Malaysia Tourist Visa: For individuals traveling to Malaysia for leisure, tourism, or social visits.
Malaysia Business Visa: For individuals traveling for corporate meetings, commercial engagements, or business discussions with companies based in Malaysia.

The following items must be provided for every digital application:

Passport Bio Page: A high-quality, clear digital scan of the front biographical data page. The file must have absolutely no glare or reflection. Camera-captured photos or smartphone snapshots are strictly rejected.
Passport Back Page: A high-quality, clear digital scan of the back page of your passport. The file must be completely free of glare or reflection. Camera-captured photos or smartphone snapshots are strictly rejected.
Visa Photograph: Specific digital composition requirements apply:
- Dimensions: Must be exactly $35\text{ mm}$ wide by $50\text{ mm}$ high.
- Background: Must feature a solid, plain white background.
- Composition: Frame must be borderless, capturing a full face without headgear. The direct facial image must extend cleanly from chin to crown.
- Recency: Must be captured within the last 6 months.
- Source: Only studio-taken digital photos are accepted. Home-scanned physical photos or camera snapshots are not acceptable.
Flight Tickets: Confirmed inbound (arrival) and outbound (departure) flight reservations mapping your entire journey.
Accommodation Proof: Documented proof of hotel reservations or verified stay bookings within Malaysia covering the duration of your trip.
Travel History: Clear digital copies of the entry and exit stamps from the last country you physically visited.

Bank Statements: Personal bank statements reflecting the last 3 consecutive months.
- Financial Threshold: It is highly recommended to show an available balance of at least INR 70,000.
- Requirement Status: While officially listed as an optional supporting document, submitting this statement is strongly advised to ensure seamless application processing.

Corporate Invitation Letter: An official, formal invitation letter issued directly by the host Malaysian company. The letter must be printed on the host entity's official company letterhead and explicitly detail the scope of the business visit.

Minor Applicants (Under 12 Years Old):
- Birth Certificate: A clear copy of the official birth certificate is required for all children up to the age of 12.
- Parental No Objection Certificate (NOC): In instances where an official birth certificate is unavailable, you must upload a formalized NOC signed by both parents.
